Help!!

Every time I log into PWI and select a character it says log-in time then it says entering Perfect world (which is normal) but it doesn't enter PWI i can't play the game anymore! the only PWE game that I like and does work is BOI but i like PWI more!! plz help me!

    Everytime I open PWI and log in, I select a character which is what you all do! When I click enter game, it says the normal stuff but it doesn't enter me into the game!
