I dont find the Inventory Extension Stone in the Perfect World Boutique

I couldnt find the Inventory Extension Stone in the Perfect World Boutique.
Anyone knows why?

Its supposed that it would be under Items >Treasure ; but there arent any button with "Treasure" like title.
