i cant connect to server

as the title says i cant connect to server i have checked all my anti-virus software and still nothing can someone help me out please.

    It might be Windows, Windows Firewall, Admin, UAC or antivirus settings that you will need to change so that they aren't blocking the game.

    You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall long enough to get into the game, and then turn it back on.
