Does the ticket system work?

As the title asks, does the ticket system work? I've checked the box for an e-mail notification and I've received absolutely no information at all. This is the second time this has occurred. The first time, my ticket was closed without getting a reply, or maybe I did, but it didn't come in an e-mail at all. My second ticket that I have now states it's a work in progress, but again, no e-mail. Therefore, I want to know what's the problem so I can reply to my current ticket or something of the sort =/

    The normal turn around for tickets is 3-5 days.

    Well even for my first ticket, I never received an e-mail and all of a sudden it was closed...

    Um...tickets cannot be closed, technically, unless you are referring to the fact that they told you the issue was resolved (in an e-mail?)? But I have submitted a few tickets and am impressed with the speed with which they were answered. Just make sure it wasn't a forum thread and was, in fact, a ticket.

    My last ticket was closed, but I never received an e-mail at all... My current ticket's status was changed to work in progress, but again, I never received an e-mail. And I am 100% positive I am checking the correct e-mail address, but again, I still can't find an e-mail for it. I dunno if hotmail is blocking it or what =/

    Well, I just tried to reply to my ticket through the chat system and I actually received an e-mail stating that my ticket reply process was changed to chats, so I dunno why I only receive certain e-mails and not others =/

    Make sure you are logged in, and go here: https://support.perfectworld.com

    Then click on the My Support tab in the support system, and check on your status of your tickets.

    Make sure that you have selected to receive notifications of ticket updates by email. Check your spam and junk email folders.

    You have control over reopening your tickets too. Don't be shy! b:victory
