I have been wondering if PW has any address to send the money to it by mail, like what IMVU has for example.
And if there isn't, is there any way to buy zen in Israel/Palestine without using credit cards?

    No but if you can find a place the sells game cards which are excepted at PWI use one of those.You can also I believe deposit money into a pay pal account and use that although I just use my CC.

    No. Perfect World does not have any form of direct billing. I believe it's because they don't want to have to dedicate additional staff to do so. Offloading direct billing to a 3rd party makes PWI more profitable and gives them far less headaches. It's much easier handling problems with different payment vendors than it would be 100 individual user complaints.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.
