Graphics Card Issue? Or something else?

Okay. I'll state this first for the record...I R compy noob when it comes to things imploding on themselves.

...I've been experiencing graphical problems such as the example above ever since the last maintenance, which lead me to hope that it wasn't something wrong with my comp...even though it probably is.

I've tried running validations multiple times, redownloading the client 3 times (the first two having issues with 'data pack 2 being corrupted' or something along those lines...but such issues didn't show up during the third), updating graphic card drivers, fiddling with the ingame settings repeatedly, checking and unchecking V-Sync...

Is it just the graphics card blowing up and needing to be replaced? Or are there other potential problems it could be?

    Large picture cuts off a lot of the text on my end, Nana. Dunno if it's my nabby laptop or what.

    Doing the same for me...And the edit button is beyond the cut off so I can't remove it. XD;;
