Zen coupon?

I'm trying to use this zen coupon sent to my email that expires on April 30 but the site keeps stating that the code is invalid. I have copied and pasted the code into the coupon bar repeatedly and even typed it in by hand. Still invalid. Any solution?

If you have more than one account make sure the coupon is for the account attached to that email. If that doesn't help then send in a ticket to support I guess :XRemember, some people are alive only because it is illegal to shoot them.
