Dont try to deny it, you probably werent even playing this server at that time.
A few reliable sources from kylin told me they werent receiving payment anymore(they did attend all TWs every week).
At the same time, the 'imporant' boys received way more payment during this week.

But yeah....KD is the guild that screws over their members right? Well dont even bother if your an oracle-to-100 type.
