Corrupt Files

The file C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\logs\bbs.log is corrupted and I can't play the game because of it. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO VERIFY THE FILE. I have tried multiple times to verify the file and it does not work. I have tried to restart my computer. I have tried to uninstall the game but it will not uninstall because of that file. It says I can't. I also can't delete the file. I already know that verifying the file normally works with this problem, but it did not.
I submitted a ticket, and I got a message back saying to verify the file. I said in the ticket that I had already tried verifying and it didn't work. Please read the tickets and stop giving a generic answer to the problem. I resubmitted the ticket, hoping someone who could read got it this time. I decided to post on here too just in case I get the same generic answer, or maybe one of the other players has had this issue before and knows how to fix it since it seems the people who run the game can't. Tell me how to delete the file at least or something so that I can try to re-install the game.

run your PC in safe mode, and delete the file that way. once reloaded the file should fix itself, since the game creates it.

if that doesn't work, bypass the patched by going to the elementclient.exe file and running it, that should fix that file also
