i cant transfer zen to game server

i cant trasnfer my zen to the game server none of the options dosent work only jade dynasty works.. is there a bug or problem on there?

    You must select PW ,Server and amount and transfer in my wallet.Read the sticky in The Cash Shop Huddle

    It is not bugged and ask in the forum I mentioned in the future.
