I'm Stuck Can't Go Anywhere

help help help!
i just walked to a mountain but I can't get out, if I walk to somewhere i keep comming back to the same spot D; and an other player is stuck there too... for two days now.. and she already reported it.. and the answere was: call some one to kill you.. well.. I tried to kill her, but it sais: Target out of range.. We both just can't get out, or walk any where D;
please help
