    if you PvP you need more Mdef. lvl 90 Rank top would be an eventual goal for me as well. Replace some citrines with saphires. You can always refine for more Pdef and HP, but Saphires are the only way you will get Mdef.

    I asume you want the 2 phys def ornaments for the -interval set bonus, meaning that indeed, your mdef will take a massive hit.
    This means that soon as you attack a caster, and he breaks your stunlock, you're either death or lumping away in stealth

    Why only rank 4 plate? Consider you have recasted and +10'ed gears, rank 6 plate's not that expensive.

    since you're putting nirvana in go for the helmet. saves str you can put to dex. also gives extra mdef/pdef

    rank6 should be easy for that gear as well.

    put 2 garents in the dagger dont put the crit stone =/

    change non-cv ring for a COA ring and refine it to 8 for some mdef

    might also want to consider just trying for g15 dagger. depends on how much you want to spend. also rank 6 dagger is pretty good if you're waiting to do this build though i think final forge nirvana daggers will be better.

    also, it may be more beneficial to put level 2 defense stones in the cape or another piece of gear since you'll have such high HP with refines. this is something for a math nerd to figure out but it would likely be the same as far as damage you could absorb.
