right now im a lvl 53 pure arcane veno using npc armor and a wheel of fate wep, my question is, do pure arcane venos need amazing gear for solo hh 60 or no, i can more than willingly spend some coin on gear with shards long as i only need flawless, but i thought id ask first before dumping any unnecesary money, thanks.

At first, you need Herc and not another pet to be able to tank HH (i can almost only do 1-1 solo mode with crys lol).
Also, i think its better to start farming HH at level 73 with lv7 Heal Pet, but maybe you can tank some bosses with lv6 heal.

About the equipment, i dont think you need a special armor (anyways, Legendary or TT armor is worth the coins so if you can afford it, get it). Bout the weapon, any kind of weapon is ok. Though, i advise you to get Ancient Arbor (TT60 magic sword) as soon as you reach 60. An high magic attack means an high heal pet.
The gear isnt required for solo TT as you're not smacking the bosses, your herc does.

You dont HAVE to use a Herc. Glacial walkers and magmites work just fine. I never had problems with my walker in TT
b:angryb:angryb:angryb:laughI feel better taking out my BEAR aggression. Lame joke i know but suck it.

Yeah, great, 1-1 / 1-2 solo mode. Awesome. Try to farm 3-1 w/o herc.

On the non-aoe bosses you don't need much, if any, armour. If they attack you, you're doomed. But unless you mess up badly, they won't.

You want the best magic weapon you can hold - but the TT60 wand only needs chin to make, who is a pushover in solo-mode - so get that early on.

    For expensive things:
You probably want -channel. Really, you do. It really helps you keep up with the heals. But you don't need a vast bank-breaking amount. 9% should be enough to give you the edge you need.

For the AOE bosses... you're gonna need a pile more levels on your pet before you can do them anyway, I think. An eldergolth may be a better bet for you there anyway. But otherwise, that's where you'll need some decent pdef and hp boosts - and chew through a lot of potions.
