doesnt work. fill out the form 10 times and every time it says "there was an error" when trying to upload an image. ive tried a bunch of different formats, seems like youre just not able to upload anything

    use a photo uploading website then just give the URL in the ticket.

    It could be the possibility that your image is either in the wrong format (though I highly doubt this, seeing as you tried different formats), or is too big of a size. I know I tried to send in a ticket via the new system a while ago, but my image was just a few kilobytes too big...
