Help me get to Lv5 Manufacturing.

Hello Sanctuary, I am Rose(ary). I am coming to you asking for some assistance. I am currently Lv. 4 in Blacksmith and Tailoring, and I would love to get to level 5. I ask that, if you would help me by allowing me to manufacture your Required Lv 4 Blacksmithing and Tailoring Armor and Weapons. I can not provide the mats, you would have to provide them for me, but I can promise all I want is the credit of making one more item twords my Lv 5 goal.

Afterwords when I do get Lv. 5 I can also promise to make Required Lv 5 items, but I think I will do that with the quest. b:chuckle
