dex build barb for pvp/pk

I was wondering would it be good to make a dex barb with dual axe for pvp sense they have high hp and hp buff..build will be enough str for axe cap vit 50-60 rest on dex..leave the pros/cons..

    vit is the best build for everything..you can buy the 95 lunar rings and other various event items if you want crit and accuracy. barbs are:
    tanks
    endgame classes
    will only kill things with demon beastial combo / or armageddon wich needs hp to be any good

    if you want to just start off killing things without concern of endgame your best bet would be archer / veno / clericb:surrender
