The arch evil quest pls help

I'm lvl 84 and somehow missed this quest (lvl 80) is there any way i can get it? i have done one guest in cave of glee but not sure what it is called. I've been told I can't get anymore culti quests till i do this quest is that true?

    Cultivation quests don't expire, so you can do them anytime you want (and even non-special quests don't expire after just 4 levels).

    If you don't see it in your quest window, then there's probably a prerequisite that you are still missing.

    According to Purple Melon its a lvl 82 quest, though. And it doesn't seem to be part of the cultivation chain, so it shouldn't block anything there.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng

    That quest originates from back in the 50+ quest - The Twin Towers.
    Whether you got the 80+ quest depended on which tower you went to I think.

    Ah, so that's the one then :-)

    Back when I got the 2-Towers quest, I went to one of them and suddenly I had this crystal thing. At which point I did what I always do when I get an item that apparently contains a quest: I checked purple melon to see what will happen if I use the crystal.

    Interesting enough, purple melon gave an exact list of answers. The dialogue didn't go in a way I like it (geez... who would answer along the lines of "I'll help you if you give me great power"), but purple melon said to click these answers so that's what I did.

    So I don't know whether clicking the proper answers would have had any effects at all --- but since I actually helped the guy escape there's a good chance for a quest to kill him eventually. Giving other answers might just mean that the guy never escaped (remember, this is an MMO"RP"G with thousands of players that for some reason all play in independent storylines) and therefore doesn't need to be killed... so if the two towers quest can be ended either way, that could be the result. And it would explain why purple melon listed the answers that it did.

    I also seem to remember that you get different quests later in the game depending on which tower you investigated first. It wasn't an actual decision in my case, just the classic "hey, that's one of the towers I need to investigate just a few steps away, so lets check it out" thing. Lets hope the two quests are roughly the same difficulty :-)

    the way i understand it if you helped him escape you get one orb (fire or water) if you didnt you get the other one i didnt help him escape. The leader of our squad the first time in cave of glee didnt either and got to finish the quest but i never got it and have been picking up all my quests for last 15 lvls. Still cant find what i missed
