      ya lol... i sent 2 already, they replied to both, but all they said was "to change you avatar, click the 'edit your avatar' button in the top left corner of the forums page."
      Well DUH! i already told them that i knew how, it just wasnt working -.-'

      Sending tickets is their way to try and get you to stop asking. I say you get in touch with one of the forum mods/admins and message them about your problem. I don't know if they can help really, but a forum mod/admin must have some kind of control over the forum avatars. From what I know about forums/admin powers(in general), is that they have almost complete control over every little detail over every single account. Things like deleteing your siggy, changing your avatar picture, editing your post/post count.

      Wrong. We ask that people send tickets as, like in this case, it is needed to get in contact with those who can fix it. If there is a bug on forum or ingame we here can't do anything as it needs to go to either the Devs or (for forumissues) to the engineers who then look into what is wrong.
