What has happened to the downloadable manual patch?

The last patch listed on the site is 312 (07/04/10) not 316.

Darksylph - Heavens Tear

manual patch is available for download, you just have to fidget & create the address. just copy the url of the prior patch, and change the '299-312' part to '312-316' & you'll download the latest patch. Also somewhere on the maintenance thread someone posted the actual direct download link. Its there.
