Is the acc ban on unauthorized IP addresses permanent or is it temporary? If its temporary how long is it and if its permanent how come you guys ban the acc's rather then just blocking the IP address the person was using at that time? Or rather just blocking all the Chinese IP addresses? Had a friend get banned from trying to play in china when she was on vacation, and she didnt know she wasnt allowed to play there, so her acc got banned, was the first time she tried to play there too. Any help is appreciated.

    From what I've heard, the most they can do is character bans and account bans. I've never heard of a case in which they've IP banned.

    We can and do hand out IP bans, depending on the situation. For any questions regarding the ban, your friend will need to submit a ticket to customer support. We cannot answer any ban-related issues on the forum.
