Hello guys :)

I started a new alt last night but cannot be bothered to go through the lowers levels ( read level 1-40) AGAIN. So i thought of a method more efficient then using scarlet frouts to level up my new alt BM. Scarlet fruit is one of the worst EXP/ coin because people know they will be used to power level low level character. At the current going you will get 8888 exp per 150K coins. which results in 16,87 coins per exp

My new method involves something as plain as combining shards.
When you combine shards you will receive a little bit of EXP every time. In this case it's 6 EXP without any event going on.

At this moment with 2x it's 12 EXP. This made me wondering if this could be hypered.
I bought 5 gold with coins ( at 325K per gold ), started a 1 hour 12x session and bought myself 1332 shards of each Crazy stone type of shard. I know that, that amount would cover me for 1 hour of combining. I know this because at night i put up a catshop selling combined shards for the lazy people.

IT WORKED!!
My exp went to 78 per combined shard. Ending up my alt at 577200 exp in 1 hour. Now the return profit from the shards made it a bit easier on the coin cost.

I ended up spending 2.17 coin per exp

Ofcourse oracles at level 35 will yield a better coin per exp ratio ( 0.68 coin per exp ) but till that level you have to resort to something else. This is the price with tokens at 12.5K per token.


I hope that some people leveling up alts will have a use for this info :)

    Nice info, though I myself rather exp the alt to 40 than use 1,5m just for lvling :) It takes just aboout 1-2 weeks for 40 if I'm also playing with my main during that time. I've always been wondering who dares to buy scarlet fruits for 150k, when they only give ~9k exp b:shocked Maybe their price will decrase if people start doing this..

    Harshland = PvP = high price for fast exp below level 35 for oracles. At start of the server scarlet fruit was 200K each.....

    you can also do the same manufacturing gears on whats left of 2x. i got my psychic's levels to 3 in everything, while also managing to net her an **** ton of exp doing so.

    And made a complete fool of yourself...think of the gold you spent on Hyper Exp stones, then think about what you could have done outside killing mobs, and making coin at the same time...even if you just camped 1 mob-type, you would have been so much better off...I know this was the point you were trying to make (no questing/killing mobs and getting levels) but still...that's a LOT of gold (at 250k low estimate) to spend on combining stones...but I guess you made good use of the de-buff time by staying in catshop the whole time...that timer should stop if the player isn't actively doing anything...
    For those times when *facepalm* and *headdesk* just aren't enough, I present...*brickhead*...painful, effective, and guaranteed to make you forget why you hit yourself in the first place.

    coins lost = HyperEXP cost + lvl1ShardBuy cost - lvl?ShardSell cost

    Well (level 1 shard buy cost - level 2/3/4 shard sell cost) is a negative number, so yeah. The only real cost to this is the hypers, assuming you have a shop alt to sell the shards to lazy Crazy Stoners with.

    Level 1 players don't make all that much coin killing mobs.

    It not uncommon to power lvl quickly. I myself made an alt on my laptop and got him from 1 to 69 with only two x12. About 6 hours total. Two evenings for me since i work. Also lvled me from 80 to 85 in two to three hours with one x12 with 10 min remaining. This is all done outside of FC and no oracles.

    You need to be a psy and have a cleric healing....b:victory. You can level yourself twice as fast if u solo while cleric heals outside of squad or level someone else in squad which the experience then splits.

    mijis don't give 2x exp....they only give 1.5x exp

    Woot got one level before maintenance. I think 86 is where I have to FC now as im now only getting 5% every 5 min in the spot i was in.b:sad

    Under level 30 you don't earn jack **** for questing and grinding. I get the same EXP from combining one shard then whacking mobs. Like i said this is not a method to gain money, it's a method to level up an alt quickly.

    Yes i do believe that this destroyed the scarlet fruit market lol.

    The return on normal exp, or on miji outside of event is not that less. Without miji it would be 72 exp per shard and with miji on it would be 75 exp per shard. The hyper stones do the most in this case.

    I was leveling up a BM, so power grinding with a cleric outside squad just doesn't work as with a ranged class like psy. Otherwise yes, standing in one spot and being on 12x while keep on killing mobs would be faster, but just not doable with BM.

    Clever but i wonder if you would get more gold/exp hyper mining with a +4 pickaxe? i think some of the math is wrong i worked out with oracle II (which is the cheapest) it is around 0.8 exp per 1 coin currently if you make the oracles with tokens...

    Hi,can you tell me where do you (aoe) grind? I have a friend cleric that can help me and whit the 2 aoe (maxed for my lvl) + bramble rage i'm sure i can aoe grind too. :-P

    this, the first (10)set got me lvl 22, lvl 66 and i havent left the banker, 70->85 when i can use those dang orbs

    Since when can you do oracles below level 30?

    There is no other way to level up from 1-30 except scarlet fruits at level 10+

    Btw Krouse is my veno, and this is my BM that i leveled up like that. at 35 you start with pirates, because then the EXP to coin ratio is way better. But till then you can't do ****.

    For new players this is not the way to go, but for raising a quick alt to archosaur level is good like this, you don't have to learn the game mechanics anymore. So yeah, this is the most effiecient way of leveling from 1-30.

    I also did this before nien event was out, then yes opening packs on an alt is now the way to go, if you can finish top 5 in your class

    I can get an alt 1-60 in 1 hour using very minimal hyper. =x






























    ofc this method requires a lv 75 Psy and a lv 65+ cleric alt, but whos counting. :P
