Where can I find the Mystical Tome Fragment?

I need help!! someone pls. tell me where can I find the "Mystical Tome Fragment"? I went to database website it doesn't show any location, where to farm it, grinding it or buying from the NPC, it just the item info.

I'm looking for that item:

-where is the location
-where can I farm it
-what mob do I need to grinding it
-which NPC to buy itlp!!!
-how can I find it
-what lvl to start getting it


Is this item only for quest reward or not? or repeated quest? Thanks in advance for your help if any of this can find somewhere. Any help!!! is always useful.

    try in the ah or cat shops, as you can only get them, as far as i know, in the last few waves of rebirth.

    Thanks so much!!!... Is there any other way to get them besides doing a Rebirth Orders or buying them in Cat Shop..
