    A down payment to a house in all but the most expensive parts of the US.

    Hm....Considering the fact the wep is warsoul that shoots the price upwards of 36k. So base line downpayments on a house in my county are around 150k....

    I'd say somewhere around that :)

    Lets just round up to 40k. I mean, even if it's 34-36k, would another 4-6k hurt? No. Down payments in the US are from between 10-25% of the purchase price of the house. $160k-400k USD would buy a pretty nice house in most parts of the country.
