Old Heavens Tear OHT ?

Sorry if this info. exists, I couldnt find it.

Someone mentioned that high levels dont need high crafting levels to decompose stuff for genie gems, because they get their mats from OHT which can be decomposed using level 1 crafting skills.

Anyway, Ive found a reference to Old Heavens Tear in the WIKI but I cant find out anything about where it is and how to get there, nor what you do in there.

Can someone give a run down on this 'old map' and any other old map's, ie - where they are, what for, what you can do in them etc.

    Yeah its true that you only need lvl1 Craft to decompose for Perfect Stones

    To get in OHT, you need to complete a quest called Last Hope then Chronol Wheel at lvl7x? Correct me if im wrong. After you killed a long list of bosses and completed the quest, it will give you a key to enter OHT. Talk to Messanger person in the middle of Arch, on the platform right next to Bounter Hunter to enter OHT.
