Cloaks for purchase in Boutique

Hey there. Upon going through the Boutique and everything for sale within it, I was a little downfallen when I noticed that there were no hooded/non-hooded cloaks for purchase. I'm not sure if it's too much to ask, but would it be possible for cloaks to be made for purchase in the Boutique? I was thinking of something similar to the Strider's Vestment, but hooded and more flowing. Thanks for taking the time to read this inquiry!
