Graphics error - Textures are black

Hi i have just got a new laptop and can run settungs on a higher level that before, but as i walk around i see black block grass around.

card is a 512mb AMD ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 so it has the power to display the grass, how can i fix?

    This is a known issue, though we don't have an ETA on when it will be fixed.
