QQ when will PW allow for server transfers?

this should be allowed, this is the only game I've heard of that doesn't have it. Some games do server moves for free, others have a fee and I'm sure PWE/PWI would do it if they saw theres MONEY to be made on it... they probably wouldn't even put a once a month restriction on it like the others0
