Agreeing to meet a GM closes the ticket???????

Ticket Number 15049-13213

I thought that when I agreed that having a GM come to my ingame location to resolve the issue, a GM would visit my character.Instead, your automated system decided to close the ticket with no visit. I still have a broken Goshiki quest that requires me to delliver a lethe potion that I WAS NEVER GIVEN to an NPC. This quest has been broken for at least a month and I would like to continue on this quest chain. For some reason, I can not open another ticket. Can anyone over there figure out how to re-open the ticket??????? This is not making me happyb:angry

    Or, you could turn GM L:ive Caht back on, it is difficult to contact the GM's when it is turned off. Or maybe even answer the e-mail I sent to the address you gave me at the bottom of my ticket.

    Please open a new ticket and refer back to the original one-- otherwise if you are able to wait until tomorrow, a GM can speak to you about it over LiveChat during regular business hours (10AM-7PM PDT) on the support site.

    Okay, is there any way to open a new ticket other than clicking on the GM live chat icon and being told the page cannot be found?

    Please send in a ticket, the live chat system has been hit or miss lately.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I did, maybe you guys are swamped with tickets about the newfangled "horney chat" that can't be filtered. When you wade through the many many tickets and respond, we can get this ball rolling.

    Making progress, actually got a response that yes, my quest is broken and there is nothing I can do to remedy the situation. I thought that is why I submited a ticket 21 days ago for a problem that showed up January 8. I am guessing someone will have to "poke" the item into my invnetory during server maintenance. Maybe I can complete this level 60 quest before I hit level 90?

    gl, but my 10x character has not finished this chain quest. there is no hurry tbh b:surrender
