Got your attention.

I hope I'm not the only one that has had this problem but using the nix is getting painfully frustrating.

Everytime the mob runs 5 feet over any slight rise, the nix gets caught by the "hill" and doesn't move. The mob, especially archer units, will then stand and shoot the helpless nix. I then have to manually click the "follow" key - sometimes several times - to get the nix to follow me as I run over the rise of the small hill.

Sometimes I pull aggro from the mob and get it to move within the range of the nix. Other times, I fight while flying all of the time to give the nix altitude or keep the nix on manual so I don't have to click follow so many times.

Anyone know of the key shortcut for follow?

If a nix is suppose to be a PvP monster, isn't it anoying that it can be neutralized but a short run over a hill?

Am I missing some altitude command or something with my nix? Some "don't just stand there getting pounded by the archer" command?

    Ya'know. Its the same situation with all air pets.

    It is best to be airborne when using a Nix as a friend helped me take out the bosses in my culti 49 quests with his Nix.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    Just jump to bring your nix into the air before attacking a mob which kites; works most of the time.

    And yes it sucks, and will never be fixed.

    Gets worse in PvP though, many players specifically make your nix get stuck.

    Happens to all pets that are air pets.

    Only solution known is that you either attack from the air, or jump right before sending them to attack.
