TW Map Overhaul!

Lets face it: The basic TW Maps get old after a while. Its odd how every map area has the same fighting map also. So lets spice it up a litle
A Would be Water areas such as Misfortune. All base, Tower and Paths would be over water, but all the other areas would be just plain water areas. It would mean to flank you have to make sneak attacks from the water and making it a litle more challenging for people to flank, cause now you need to look even underwater for those foes. Send in Da scubadivers!
B would be for Snowy frozen regions such as Avalance canyon. All plain areas are covered in snow, which ,sinse there is alot of it,would give a movement debuff of about 20% to all who run around there. The lake would be frozen
The Paths would be frozen naturaly which would make catapults harder to control as they would slip slide all over the place if your not careful: They would also disconnect 30% easier from there puller.
C Would be for Desert Regions Such as Land of Burried Bones, And so forth.
The lake would be dried out naturaly, and all terrain covered in sand that would result in a slight accurasy and channeling speed debuff if your venturing around in those sand part areas by ground.( 10% accurasy, 3 Channeling)(Try shooting a bow or focusing magic while you got burning sand in your shoes)
The are awould also have as indicated by the picture several sand storms. Each "cloud" would be its own pocket of visibility, and you cant see into the next one until you get inside that "cloud".
D would be for forest regions such as Forest of Haze. It would have basicly no plain areas besides the paths: Tress everywhere(Wanna play tarzan? Ninjah?) as if a dense forest. The only openings would be naturaly around bases as well the tower.
The now Standart edition TW Map could be used for town/city type territorys, it always had that kind of feel to it.
For Mountain Areas the hills could be made say 30% Higher than they are already, or so.
Things like this. I dont think this all is too hard to pull off or to implement: It would spice up TW alot.

AGREED! YES YES YES!!
Maybe even pick what map you would like to fight on!!!
And if your leader and the other leader pick different an ingame coin is flicked!!
This way you guys only have to add like 5 or so new maps without having to add a new map per territory0 -
Please? Pretty please, devs? b:sad[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Duuude. O_o that'd be a cool thing and make it way more interesting. I like. Devs! =D Make it happen![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

Amazing Idea since the invention of Territory Wars.0

Wow...Riku actually has good ideas! lol j/k
No, but seriously I agree, that would be so cool. It does get boring doing the same old map every single TW. And since the map already exists and only retexturing the surface would be needed, it shouldn't be all that difficult to implement.
The only idea that would be cooler would be to fight on the actual map of the area you are fighting for, just like in PvE, but w/o all the mobs.
But yea, great idea, only hope the devs agree and actually start work on it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
some added effects are probably too hard or too much trouble to do for them. But i definitely like the different maps b:dirty[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

That's a really great idea of yours, would be really cool to have more "seasoned" TW maps (... even if Im not even participating on TWs actually xD)0

Great Idea I Think All Of Us Wanted To Say This Just None Of Us Have The Ability To Sit There That Long To Type It Out xD!
Ofc TW Would Be Alot More Fun And Would Make It Funner.. BUT Imagine The LAG!b:surrender
But Ya GMs Give Us Some Fun..RIP Enrage, No One Will Miss You <3b:victory0 -
Sounds cool.It could be the terrain of the map you are attacking or defending, which would make it more realistic instead of a normal battlefield everywhere0

I've never TW'ed before, but I gotta admit I think the idea of having different maps for different areas is pretty awesome. I think it would help make things more interesting and challenging for the players involved, and people would have to come up with new strategies for different landscapes and such, which would be neat.0
