How do I submit a properly formatted faction icon/logo?

    But basically, you gotta be the faction leader, submit an icon 16 by 16 px in BMP format. Take a screenie of your faction roster to prove it's level 3 - must be in jpg format. Then the leader sends everything off to the GM.
