    1- i think the OP was being generous in it's description.. calling it love and all that

    2- i think what they really meant is they're looking for a gaming partner (preferably of opposite gender for couples quest)

    and theres nothing wrong with that.

    Agreed. But for an actual working relationship (considering the chances of finding someone within actual and reasonable traveling distance) over this, I'd say find someone from the opposite sex that likes video games and introduce them to PWI.

    Errr... I'm not sure how I should respond to that.

    First off I'll mention I'm in a same-sex marriage IRL, should stop a bunch. Not that it stops people from hitting on me in-game -_-;;;...

    Second, that I JUST woke up. Post is not 100% guaranteed to make sense.

    I know people who actually found love in MMORPGs, but these are, IMO, rare cases. Because I don't really understand Internet dating. You never get to know a person better than IRL (and even...)

    Yesterday I was in Archosaur and stumbled upon someone spamming for a b/f. Requisite: a mount. Eh boy, she had high standards... I also had a faction member who expected my faction to be her dating site. Right. I mentionned how it's not one, how most of us were actually taken IRL, and she left faction like two hours after.

    CBA to quote, but if it's anything like Vinat's post...

    1) Could have been worded better. (Like my own post... I swear, I ramble too much...) EDIT: I mean the OP. Not Vinat's post.
    2) I play (MMO)RPGs, but RP-style behavior completely eludes me. I just don't get it.
    3) "Couple" questing tends to become, at later instances, "if my partner cannot be included I WON'T DO IT MAKE A SPOT FOR HIM!!!!!!!". Yeah... never had good experiences with people who insist on doing everything together. (AND I'm married AND we've played games together, we just never felt like doing that...)

    if you don't want it to get serious then just marry some1 who is married in real life XD

    I totally agree. This is just for finding a person inside the game, not in real life. Also some of the guys i've dated in real life don't play mmorpgs. So it get boreing playing by your self.
