How does blood vow work with HF?

-stacks?
-replaced by HF?
-doesn't work?
-something else random?

does it stack/not with xpoison/amp/etc..?

    They override each other. If you blood vow then HF, blood vow will be overwritten and vice-versa. It stacks with extreme poison and the assassin amp.
