    enough strength to wear your armour, the rest should go into magic.

    you can optionally put some into vit if you don't like having low hitpoints. i have 50 vit and i think it helps with survivability.

    1 str 9 mag every 2 lvls (as you start at lvl 1 this means every odd lvl is attrib point time).
    Edit: Points into vit on squishy classes isn't really worth it as you can get HP gems etc later on. If you put 100 points into vit that's roughly 1000HP extra, think hp per vit point is different depending on class but for the extra dmg you'd get putting it into mag and being weak vs melee mobs anyway the extra HP won't help too much imo.

    Occasionally, on some chars I have put vit in to increase survivability. If you want to do that, I recommend going to something like 53 Vit so that when you go to restat with a -50 note, you're left with the minimum possible Vit :).
