macros always vanishing

everytime when i log in all my macros are gone...or kind of resetted
i made one macro for grinding maybe 2 months ago, when i relog this macro comes again
i delete it, make new ones but after relog its again only this old macro

anyone knows the problem?


ps: side question: how can you attack npcs, i still havent figured out that (ye i feel very noobish about that)

    I can't help with your macro problem, but to attack an NPC you hold down CTRL while clicking it.

    I'm experiencing the same problem; my macros are constantly disappearing randomly. Sometimes they stick around for hours, sometimes only a few minutes before they're gone and that arrow symbol is where the macro used to be.

    Do you know whether this issue has been addressed yet? Should I just submit a ticket? Who do we take this forward with?

    Just letting you know that I've submitted a ticket regarding this issue. I have no idea whether I'll get any come-back from it, but I'll keep you posted with any response should I receive one.
