Is it 3 or 5? If 3, is it the same for all classes?

    Base (or at least what every stat starts at) in any stat is 5. Vit and mag can be reduced to 3 if you use a reset note of some kind. I've never done so myself but I'm sure everyone who claims to have done so can't be lying and no one's ever said otherwise so it must be true.

    Str and dex might also be reduced to 3 but I've never heard anyone do so (str is needed no matter what class you are anyway).

    Dex cannot be reduced to 3; however, vit and mag definitely can.
