Need some help

Since I have been trying all day to try and contact support (no agents on, do your damn jobs please).

Is there any way I can reset my account email and all the sorts, since I seem to have forgotten my Email's password (I did not input an alternate address, and there is nothing on the page that asks me to verify my location and my secret answer. MSN is very stupid)

If any could help me, thanks in advance.

    AFAIK, there's no way to change your address. It's very annoying, I know, but it's a security feature.

    When you send in tickets, if you ask for the reply to be sent somewhere else, sometimes they will send the reply there.

    Its not about "tickets" or anything, I would like to start charging zen on my account, and if I cannot get to the activation code they have sent to me at the email in which I have forgotten then how am I able to start charging zen?

    Send in a ticket to Customer Support with the relevant information.

    Live chat is on from 10a-7p California time, but with the new system and everything being transferred over the past weeks, some little things might not be going smoothly.

    Also, operators are not online during lunchtime.

    Edit: Hours may change for live chat. We'll see in the coming weeks.
