BH problem! Glitch?

I need help, please. Today I finished my first 2 BHs on my Archer, then I had to log off. Now I'm back and I can't pick up my 3rd BH. The NPC doesn't have quests for me. It's not on my quest list either (current and find quests). I don't think I picked it up before logging off, but I don't remember. Help? Is this a glitch or I messed up something?! x_x

    When you complete BH 1 or 2 then you get an items with a 30 minute duration. If you don't pick up the next BH (either 2 or 3 depending on which one you just finished) before the item disappears then you're out of luck. I assume that the item is similar to other items with a duration in that the time counts down even when you're not logged in.
