Learning the Revive skill?

At what level can a Cleric learn the Revive skill?
And if a skill can be learnt at a low level, can it still be acquired if at higher levels?

    You learn revive at lvl 19 when you become aware of principle culti 19.It is best to get it then or soon afterward as you can't learn any skill after that is the skill tree.This includes this skill purify which you will really need later on.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    When you have your res skill maxed you also have the option to further improve it once you reach level 89 and go either Sage or Demon.

    Both have a 0% EXP loss, the Sage version has a increased distance while the Demon one cuts the casting time in half.

    i got lvl 1 rez when i was 19, didnt lvl it untill lvl 40 . after that i just kept it maxed :)
    in the low levels you'll get the exp back quite fast, later on, you'll need every 0.1 exp XD
