How many agree that the boutique shop is low on pigments? I have been to many of other servers and they had a stock pile of pigments of all colors. How can one express themselves with random pigmented fashion?

colorless = boring.

Or is it just the new server...

I'm assuming you mean low on variety... well since they only offer Random Dyes and Hot Color Packs (which are also a random dye with a narrow selection of outcomes), then yeah, I'd agree. I'd love to not play roulette when I'm spending purchased Zen, but PWI makes money that way and nobody's revolvted en masse, so it's not going to change.

This sounds like your complaint is not really about the Boutique (which ONLY offers random!), but rather is about the resale of Hot Color Packs in the Auction on the new Archosaur Server. It takes time for things to become available in a secondary market like the Auction and it may well be the demand for colors (you seem to be looking for them so assume a lot of others are too) has outstripped supply, so anything that does show up in the Auction is snapped up right away (which usually drives prices higher).

Not much you can do about that other than wait for supply to exceed demand or spend a lot of gold buying random single pigment dyes (i.e., Hot Color Pack) to get enough of the color you want... then sell the ones you don't want, because you'll get a lot of those, at the Auction or in a Catshop.
