Please help

ok my problem is im doing the lvl 40 tideborn comming of age quests. im trying to complete the comming of age: dexterity which is collecting 5 staunch worms

my problem is i kill them and nothing is comming up to my count. people in the faction are saying my character is a glitched character so is there any way to fix this?

    I'm guessing it is, but just humor me and check if they showed up in your inventory. You will usually have an item come up in your inventory when you kill them (regular inventory, not quest). If this is not the case, I would send in a ticket and wait till you get an answer.
