Submit Ticket Problems

Is anyone else having problems with submitting a ticket? I tried to submit one and I keep getting sent back to the start of the submit a ticket page and there's no record of the ticket in the My Support section. Anyone have a solution to the problem or know what is wrong? And yes all the * fields are filled out.
