Faction Website Information Help

I've been using my faction website for a while. I run the domain through Guildplex. I hate Guildplex... The website is difficult to use and it database is shared among many other guilds. Like if someone else under Guildplex domain created the user-name "BoB", no one else can make that name, even though they are not part of the same faction/website.

I'm looking for another good website to host a website and forums. Free would be nice, but does anyone know of any good domains/hosts that I can set up a new website and forums for my faction?

    <.<...I run my private server guild site through mmoguildsites.com. It does the job well enough, is pretty customizable and doesn't cost a dime. =P Pretty good for cheap peoples like me that like to design graphics XD

    o.o I think they have a custom option for Perfect World guilds. Not sure, it's been a few months since I moved mine there.
