n i dunno how to use the new RT system to send the pics <.< b:surrender i click the icons but cant just find it lol

    My guess is this person got attacked at the Entrance of Cube, which is bannable if they kill you.

    I think I am understanding. You can't figure out how to use the new system to send a ticket?

    If that is it, here is how:

    1 - Click Support link above.
    2 - Find and click the tab that says "My Support"
    3 - You should see:
    [ All Tickets | Request Support ]

    click the link that says Request Support.

    There is your forum, start filling it out. b:victory

    Lolz, yes.
    Killing a player in a glitched area (Blue named or Colored) is bannable. For all you know they could've attacked by accident, because I know I have with my lag.

    You need to submit your pics showing you were attacked in the Cube Lobby to https://ticket.perfectworld.com/ (That's hard to get to if you click Support as now they send you to the Knowledge Base hoping you won't need to send a ticket).

    If that link doesn't work, then try this...

    1) Click the "Support" button (6th button from left, between Billing and Media)
    2) Click the tab that says "My Support"
    3) Click "Request Support" next to the All Tickets link and the Search Button -- this should finally get you to the window to submit a ticket...

    Now wasn't that easy? -_-

    thx i just sended. b:surrender n yeah n had trouble finding that part to send the RT with new layout.
