Dear game developers have a problem with the game, when downloading I get an error once the update the same when I press start the game drive me every few seconds and I get messages with strange letters and when I press ok it shows another message that says something about "Run Time Error" would like to know how I can fix it because I have downloaded several times and I have all the game requirements.
What I think is k has with Display card (0 mb) but do not understand why the game I've played many times also that even with (0mb) because I run other games 64mb and 128mb ...
Well thank you very much for your attention and I hope to come back with my mind:)

It'll be helpful to us if you tell us some of your computer's information.
1) What is the make and model number of your computer?
2) Please also tell us whether you are running a 32bit or 64bit version of Windows. You can find out in Windows by going here: Start > Control Panel > System & Maintenance > System. Then look under System > System Type. It will then display 32bit Operating System or 64bit Operating System. Include that info with the info we ask for below.
3) To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.
4) Copy and paste the top half of your dxdiag into your forum post (that means 50% of the text). If you have Vista, please take out the (TM) (the trademark symbol) out of the text file, as the forums will cut it off and won't display the rest of the text.
If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file. This is important so that we can help you find the right software for your system.
We'll take a look at it, and offer our advice (our our super cool and helpful community might beat us to answering things for you).Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

I don't think this has anything to do with PWI, it might actually be your sistem.
Save the game as you have it installed on a stick, reinstall the system , I'm 99.9% sure it will just work.____________

Does this errormessage logg something like:
This error is related to a bad graphic-driver.
I had this error, and the reason were that Windows had installed a bad/ "Windows original" graphic driver, insted of the graphicdriver that nVidia had.
I downloaded the new graphicdriver from mye graphiccard producent, and manually updated the driver through Device Manager, and then everything were OK.
I recomend you to try the same..Perfect World International -> Heavens Tear -> Arnrist (Cleric)

to update your driver for your card go here
http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/winxp_175.16_whql_uk.html
download the driver.
if you then go under add/remove programmes on windows and uninstall any previous "nvidia" drivers (if there are no drivers named nvidia listed, go straight to installing the exe you just downloaded from the link), once uninstalled restart your pc. then when the pc boots up installs the exe you just downloaded0 -

If you tried to install nVidia's drivers, and it failed, but you know you have a supported card, then there are a few possibilities that I've encountered, before:
1. You have a mobile card that is not supported by the standard nVidia Forceware drivers. This would likely be the case if it is laptop computer, or all-in-one (FI, Apple's iMac). In that situation, you would need to get drivers from the computer maker's website, or try 3rd-party driver packages that try to support Geforce Go series chips (try the manufacturer, first!).
2. You may need to go to the driver properties, and select update driver. Tell it to look in a specific location, and point it to C:\NVIDIA\Win2kXP\###.##\nv4_disp.inf. Even after a failed install of Forceware drivers, the files should still be there.
3. You may need to install relevant chipset drivers. For AGP systems, it may be called an AGP driver, GART driver, for others it may be called chipset, or an INF driver. It allows Windows to know where and how to look for hardware plugged in. Don't try getting these, unless nothing else works, or unless you have many question marks or exclamation marks in Device Manager, which would indicate that they should have been installed, but where not. Then, install the graphics drivers themselves.0 -
Go to your system manufacturer's website and look up your full model number for your system, and see what kind of video chipset is suppose to be on your system.
Then search for the latest video drivers from that manufacturer of your system FOR your model of computer.
You also have low RAM, the minimum to run the game is 512MB. The more, the better if you can.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

- After this is done, open device manager. (Right click "Computer" and choose manage, then Device Manager in the meny to the left)
- Open "Display adapters" and double click your graphic-card.
- Choos Update driver, and that you'll manually select driver.
- Include the C:\NVIDIA\ in the "search for drivers in" box, and press nextPerfect World International -> Heavens Tear -> Arnrist (Cleric)
