Help TB Quest line

Ok so I'm working on the Tb quest line. I'v done the Lv 40 stuff and killed the Lv? wizzy got the Item gave it to elder? this was at low 60s i'm now in the mid to high 60s and i cant find the next step any where. I used the serch and found an old topic about the Tb quest. But that turned in to what you get at the end. Could someone tell me where To go?

    There are a couple of parts (see guide above) where it leaves you hanging (especially if you don't read the text). First is where you have to talk to Dizzy again to pick up a new quest, second is talking to Emerald Moon in the Tideborn area

    Ask for the Potion
    - Speak with Dizzy (491, 890)
    - Speak with Ormin (644, 838)
    - Rewards: Coins (10440), EXP (24899), Spirit (6225)

    Sorrow Shore
    - Speak with Emerald Moon (648, 111)
    - Find the Memory Bottle (Pop-up location at 628, 123)
    You may need to wait a while to get this, the bottle is between the NPC and White Sand Beach, if you cannot find it, then close up on the Lochmur Indy or near the beach.
    - Report to Emerald Moon (648, 111)
    - Rewards: Coins (26100), EXP (62249), Spirit (15562)
    - Continue onto the Quest "Emerald Moon"
