Best weapon combo for PVE BM?

In your opinion what is the best weapon combo for a PVE BM(example:fist/sword, axe/polearms,etc)?
BeccaD-7x venomancer~inactiveb:surrender

    Axe/Fists

    Axes for AoEing, Fists for single target DPS.

    fist/axe in my opinion, because it gives you the dps you need for single mobs or bosses, while aoes for groups. spamming heaven's flame also helps out the group a lot :D

    Axe/Fists is the best, though I get by with Sword/Fist (but it's because my build is slightly skewed out to fit the bill and I would suggest you never try to do it).

    Would I be able to get by with Axe/swords? From what I read on the guide it said that I'd have to go 6 str 4 dex if I went with the Axe/fist path(if I read it correctly that is b:surrender). That path wouldn't leave much room for any vit would it?

    Well 6 str, 4 dex is the basic 3:2 build which allows uses of all the weapons.

    As for vit, just use refines, critine/primval stones, etc.

    Trust me, i know BM's with 5 vit and get by w/o trouble.
