Are these websites safe?

I think its ridiculous to pay $10 for 10 gold and since I'm not a spoiled child I can't afford to buy anything other than pointless fashion (if that). So I'm wondering if there is a cheaper way to get gold like these websites...
Has anyone tried them?
Are they safe?
Any other solutions (I already know about the auction house gold trading)?

    Buying ZEN from Perfect World Entertainment and trading it in game for your in game currency will actually get you better rates than any gold farming site could illegally sell you those coins. My best advice is to buy the ZEN and auction it in game for the coins instead. You can do this through the gold trade system at the Auctioneer NPC. Plus, we don't ban for using that system but we will have to ban you if you get caught buying from a gold farmer :(
