Servers ARE down....

Ok, I know it's Maint. night. That said, servers are supposed to be up by 1AM PDT....I am in California (PDT) and it is 1:20. The current update (299) has downloaded, installed, etc etc, server status says ONLINE....but I am timing out on both Archesaur AND Sanctuary servers.
So...when will this be fixed?
