Returning and rerolling, have a few questions

Ello everyone, i have recently decided to come back to PW since i quit the game a few months after its release and i just have a few questions about some of the classes.

Im planning on rolling a mage/psychic or assassin and im just wondering on what build i should go, i plan on pvping alot as its why i enjoy mmo's.

    Mage/psy both work well with 9 mag 1 str pure build. Though i have met some really nice LA mages in the past. Assassin there is only one viable build 4 dex 1 str.(if you roll sin make sure you have life powders for pve btw)

    Sins go 1 str and 4 dex for pure build and every 2 lvls 1 vit ...
